We do not have a limit on the photos we take, which allows more freedom for creativity. We take as many as necessary to cover your entire day for the time allowed.

No. Once a date is booked, you have us for that day. We only book one wedding at a time so we can devote as much time as necessary to both of you and your photos.

Try to allow as much time as possible for the photographs. You can schedule the formal photographs between the ceremony and reception. If there is not enough time to do the photos then, we can schedule a time before the wedding ceremony for the bride and groom photos (intimate shots), and then between the ceremony and reception we can do all the formal shots with family and the wedding party. The more time you can allow, the better. We can even schedule a "day after" shoot for just the two of you if we are rushed for time so we can get all those creative unique shots. Ask us for more info if that is something that would work for your wedding schedule. We would gladly take the extra time to get those awesome shots that you can hang on your wall. Just ask :)

We can go to any location in the wedding area as time allows. But even if your location isn't very photogenic, we can seek out a section that we can make look amazing. Even if the light is not very nice, we can make it look like the light was great :)

Yes, we travel! Anywhere throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI, to be exact. Traveling cost would be above the wedding package price. Traveling expenses are estimated per km. Contact us for details.

Yes. A non-refundable reservation fee (depending on the package chosen) is required at the time of booking which will be subtracted from the total package. This is to hold your day. Half of the balance is due at least two months before wedding date and the remaining amount is due within 2 weeks before the wedding.

After you choose what you want for your photos, most times it takes 30 days depending on how large your wedding is, how many photos were taken, and if it is in the busy season. Usually we will have your online proofs ready for you to view and choose the ones you want within 3 weeks of the wedding day. You will receive an email with your password to view your online proofs in a private gallery.

That depends on the time of year. Usually 6 months to a year in advance would be normal. More time may be required if it’s in peak season (summer and autumn). However if you are in a rush, we may be available to photograph your wedding in as little as one months notice if we do not have another booking on that date. Contact us as soon as possible to work out the details.

We shoot in colour. However, any photograph/s taken at your wedding can be transformed into black & white, later for your prints. Just ask :)

We always carry a backup camera and lenses and flashes to all weddings just in case. It has never happened, but we come prepared 🙂

As a parent you know that the “real” personality of children come out in environments that they are comfortable in, allowing them to be themselves. Our on location portrait photography takes place at a place of your choice, either in your home or a familiar environment such as a park, etc. That way the ‘true’ expressions will come shining through in the images.

What we suggest is wear something that is comfortable. Solid colours usually work the best, however your clothes should reflect you. Try to stay away from logos on shirts, as they tend to distract from the photo. Bold colours are always welcome as they can make interesting images 🙂 We can also have wardrobe changes as time permits (we bring a change tent), so you can have different looks in the photo session.

We photograph everything from: Maternity, Newborn Babies, Children, Family, Senior Portraits, Couples. We can take natural light photos, but we can also get creative with our own lighting and make some stunning wall art that you can hang for a conversation piece.

We don’t tell children to “smile” as this usually ends up in a ‘fake’ one which doesn’t tend to be an attractive image. We let them be themselves and interact with other family members or toys. This will bring out the ‘true’ emotions and ‘smiles’ 🙂

We like to allow a minimum of an hour to two hours, and sometimes more. In the instance of a newborn or baby session, it will usually take the full two hours or more as we will need breaks in-between times for feeding and changing.

For your photo session, you will get digital photos that come with a print release. You can choose whether you want an album or an artbook for your prints. Ask us for details.

We don’t have a set number of images. It all depends on the day 🙂 We have been known to take anywhere from 30 to 200 images and beyond during our time together. These will be edited down to the best ones (eyes open, etc).

Once all the images are edited, we will have an online gallery with the photos for you to choose what you want. It is your choice for the digital files or for prints 🙂
